The Ferdinand l Medal Brevet



This is an original award document for the Ferdinand medal numbered 1365.  It is awarded to Viorescu M Constantin who held the rank of Captain in the Romanian Army Reserve.

The Brevet reads:

Prin gratia lui Dumnezeu si vointa Nationalia

Rege al Romaniei
La toti de fata si viitori Sanatate
Asupra raportului Ministrului Nostru al Afacerilor
Straine Cancelar al Ordinelor sub No. 18771
Am decretat si decretam:
Art. I. Conferim medalia "Ferdinand "I"
Cu spade pe panglica Dom nuliu Capitan rez. 
Viorescu M Constantin
fost voluntar de razboi din veehiul Regat
1916-1919

Art. II. Ministrul Nostru al Afacerilor Straine
Cancelar al Ordinelor este insarcinat cu executarea
acestui Decret
Dat in Bucureste la 6 Junie 1936

In accordance with the report of our Minister of Foreign Affairs 
Chancellor of the Orders No. 18771
It is Decreed:
Art. I. The medal of Ferdinand I is confered with swords on the ribbon to Capitan (reserve) 
Viorescu M Constantin
a former volunteer in the war of the old Kingdom (World War I)
1916-1919

Art. II. Our Minister of Foreign Affairs 
Chancellor of the Orders is responsible for enacting this decree
Given in Bucherest on  6 June 1936
